I have some instructions for my site ‘readability’ and I’d like for the user to see this only once or maybe they can choose to not see them again? (maybe a checkbox?)I was thinking something like “welcome” screen–>instructions–>main site any thoughts? thank you in advance.

There’s always the option of simply turning CSS off, but that doesn’t always look so good. Another option is to try the Readability bookmarklet, which tries to remove everything but the main content of the page you are viewing.
