I remember when I got my 4GB verbatim USB Flash drive from Sam’s Club. I paid nearly 90 dollars for it. This was of course a few years ago when flash drives were still fairly new and expensive. Today companies are giving it away as promotional materials like pens and scratch pads. I would not put any valuable information in those freebies. If they’re anything like the pens, your data is safer in the hands of Bernard Madoff. What do you never leave home without? Or shouldn’t I need to rephrase. Your keys! Why not put your USB Flash drive on the chain and keep everything together?
